Ticket prompt
1. Performance tickets are special commodities. Unless the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, the orders are not refundable and can be resold on the platform;
2. The details of the performance are for reference only, and the specific information released by the organizer and the scene shall prevail. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the performance;
3. There is an official ticket to ensure that the sold tickets are;
4. According to the popularity of the performance, there may be a ticket platform you choose to express ticket delivery, home pickup and other ticket collection methods adjusted to on-site ticket collection, please understand;
5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

购票及入场说明：
1.演出票品其背后承载的文化服务具有时效性、稀缺性等特征，演出票一经售出，不支持退换，敬请谅解！
2.因不可抗力及客观原因，导致演出不能正常进行，主办机构只负责退回实付金额，不承担任何其他损失。
3.请合理安排出行时间、以免延误观演。演出开始前60分钟可于嘉兴大剧院北大厅外排队等候进场。
4.本场演出采用无纸化入场，无需兑换纸质票，检票入场时，凭购买成功后的静态电子票二维码即可入场。
5.入场电子票二维码打开步骤：进入嘉兴大剧院有限责任公司小程序>点击下方菜单栏服务“票夹”>跳转后点击进入所购演出即可显示电子票二维码。
6.入场后请按照电子票订单显示的信息对号入座，请勿更换座位。
如您在观演过程中有任何身体不适，请及时与工作人员取得联系。
7.为了维护好剧场的秩序与您及家人的安全，上下楼梯请注意脚下安全，请您照看好同行的老人和小孩，请勿让您的小孩随意奔跑！
