Ticket purchase process
Ticket prompt
1. Performance tickets are special commodities. Unless the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, the orders are not refundable and can be resold on the platform;
2. The details of the performance are for reference only, and the specific information released by the organizer and the scene shall prevail. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the performance;
3. There is an official ticket to ensure that the sold tickets are;
4. According to the popularity of the performance, there may be a ticket platform you choose to express ticket delivery, home pickup and other ticket collection methods adjusted to on-site ticket collection, please understand;
5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

取票地点：西安浐灞保利大剧院-11号门-自助取票机
本场演出所有观众凭票入场
1.演出票具有时效性，如非演出变更或取消的原因，
不提供退换票服务
。如无法观演，请自行处理演出票。演员及曲目以演出当天为准。
2.演出票仅限观看当天当场次演出，逾期失效，请提前取票、准时入场、对号入座。如有遗失，不可补办，请妥善保管。
3.观演期间请保持场内安静，迟到观众请在观众厅外等候，听从服务人员安排安静入场，若因迟到须等候入场，不得以此要求退票。

5.线上订单凭取票码/二维码至票务中心自助机取票。
6.剧院内任何座位均存在视线遮挡的可能，请务必在购票时确认座位视野。
1)取票时间:周一至周日 9:30-17:00，演出当天延长至开演前。

3)特别提示:取票请有序排队、保持安全距离。
