2024 年3 月16 日，Legacy MAX。当〈when the sun hits〉的音墙倾泻而下，整个房间像被按下慢速快门——那是Slowdive 睽违十年重返台北的夜晚：开卖不到一周，两千张门票完售；许多人隔天在社群上写着同一句话：「原来这就是传说中的声音。」

从那晚算起，999 个日夜之后，他们回来了。

这两年多，Slowdive 几乎没有停下来。《everything is alive》的巡演走进第三年依然一票难求：2025 年初的北美巡回，他们不只走大城市，连Burlington、North Adams 这些乐团鲜少造访的小镇都特地绕路前往；五月南下澳洲。 2026 年6 月，他们再次站上巴塞隆纳Primavera Sound——十二年前，正是这座舞台下两万五千名观众让五位团员红了眼眶，确信世界仍然需要Slowdive；十二年后重返，乐评写下：「他们正处于灿烂的第二次青春。」同一届音乐节名单上，The Cure、My Bloody Valentine 一字排开——瞪鞋与梦幻流行，从未像现在这样理直气壮。

而浪潮还在往下传。这两年 shoegaze 成了串流世代的显学，社群媒体不断把〈when the sun hits〉推给下一个十六岁；wisp、julie 这些新一代瞪鞋乐团，在访谈里把 Slowdive 挂在嘴边。 2026 年，距离首张专辑《Just for a Day》问世正好三十五年——站在台上的，仍是当年同样的五个人：Neil Halstead、Rachel Goswell、Christian Savill、Nick Chaplin、Simon Scott。三十五年前发明这种声音的人，至今仍站在浪头最前端。

从 2014 年那场向台下借来乐器的演出、到 2024 年的蝴蝶春梦，第三次的台北之约，来到更大的 Zepp New Taipei——更完整的声响与灯光，足够把每一个人整个浸进音墙里。上次来不及买票的人、这两年才从演算法里跌进他们世界的人，这次不必再等十年。

十二月的台北，日落得早。当吉他声亮起——when the sun hits——你会明白这支乐团为什么叫做传奇，而这个夜晚，为什么叫做：everything is alive，万物有灵。
