这场为期两天的盛宴将为你带来高能量的多感官体验，聚焦未来的音乐新星，尽情庆祝都市青年文化的活力与魅力！白天在圣淘沙的巴拉湾绿地举行的歌唱和舞蹈比赛（免费入场！）将点燃气氛，晚上则是主舞台表演，由韩国超级巨星Rain郑智薰，以及来自中国香港的一众艺人—郑伊健、邓丽欣、JC陈咏桐和Nowhere Boys带来震撼演出！

• 入场时必须出示电子凭证二维码。
• 持票者于检票后必须佩戴由主办方派发之颜色手带（颜色对应门票所属区域）方可进场。
• 购买多个二维码票时，每位客人需在入口处扫描各自的二维码。
• 活动入场不允许重新入场。
• 门票包含新加坡环球影城万圣节惊魂夜13*中特定精选体验（个别精选体验将会暂停运作）。不包括活动期间所有单独票务体验。此活动可能对幼儿过于激烈，不推荐13岁以下儿童参加，强烈建议家长自行判断。服装须符合服装政策。不允许佩戴面具。
• 除指定区域外，禁止吸烟。禁止使用电子烟、蒸汽烟或其他任何类似产品。
• 不允许使用电动或带轮的行动设备，包括但不限于滑板车、直排轮滑、旱冰鞋、独轮车、平衡车、自行车、三轮车、空中轮和手推车。
• 不可转让、不可退款，且不得出售或交换。适用于以下情况，包括但不限于：主办方无法控制的事件；政府行为、不可抗力、暴乱、罢工、自然灾害、雾霾或恶劣天气（无论严重程度）。
• 如被更改、篡改或损坏则作废。
• 严禁携带外部食品或饮料入场。
• 鉴于活动性质，持票者建议轻装出行。
