2006年9月15日，李宇春推出她职业生涯中首张个人专辑《皇后与梦想》，专辑销量大破137万张，横扫乐坛各大颁奖典礼，由张亚东担任制作人的同名主打歌《皇后与梦想》更成为李宇春标志性的代表作之一，随后的十多年里，李宇春在舞台上多次演绎这首歌曲，她挥舞手臂，一次次带领歌迷们“屏住呼吸，熄灭灯光”，在强劲的摇滚节拍和震耳欲聋的欢呼声中等待“神奇的皇后，就要登场”。

2025年，是李宇春踏上音乐之路的第20年，她决定以她个人第一张音乐专辑来命名即将开启的全新巡回演唱会——“李宇春2025皇后与梦想巡回演唱会”，以此纪念20年的音乐历程与不改初心的音乐理想。

巡演主视觉仍由摄影师陈漫操刀，没有任何华服饰品，没有置景特效，只有一张干净的笑脸。21岁，青涩自信；41岁，明媚自如。好像时间已经过去了很久，又好像时间从未真正来过，只留下李宇春在音乐中的模样。
