1、门票售出概不退换。

2、宏泰音乐厅场馆分上下两层，购票时请注意查看所购区域及座位（检票口均为宏泰中心二楼）。

3、电子票入场：购票时取票方式选择二维码取票，该取票二维码即可作为电子票直接入场，无需兑换纸质票。

4、纸质票取票方式：

*自助机取票（至宏泰中心大堂售票处旁，大麦自助机二维码/取票码自助取票。）

*人工取票（演出当天19点后可至宏泰中心大堂售票处人工取票，无法自助机取票）

5、演出当天19点开始检票入场，由于现场取票人数过多造成的无法准时入场，主办方概不负责，请各位观众安排好时间。

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Hongtai concert Hall, for your best enjoyment of the performance, please comply with the followings.

1、请您按时对号入座，演出中途不要离席。迟到的观众在一首乐曲结束后方可入场。

Please proceed to your seat on time. Do not leave in the middle of the performance. Late admission can only be granted at the end of a section.

2、为了您有一个安静的欣赏环境，请将您的通讯设备调至安静状态，或请寄存您所有会发出声响的物品。

please turn off or mute your mobile devices, or hand it over to the cloakroom for temporary safe keeping.

3、音乐会禁止擅自摄影、摄像和录音，未经允许严禁携带相关设备进入场内。严禁使用闪光灯。

Please do not carry any recording devices into the concert hall. Except for prior concession, recordings during the performance are prohibited. Flashlights are not allowed during the performance.

4、请勿携带饮料、食品进入音乐厅。全场禁止吸烟。

Please refrain from eating, drinking or smoking inside the concert hall.

5、请勿喧闹、离席跑动，请爱护音乐厅所有设施、设备。请勿触碰乐器，擅自走上舞台。

You are advised to remain quiet and subtle through out the admission. Do not enter the stage or touch any instruments within.

6、交响套曲的乐章之间请不要鼓掌。请尊重艺术家的表演，以不干扰表演和欣赏演出为行为准则。

You are advised not to applaud between movements of symphonic Suit in order not to impair the continuity of the performance.

7、遇到突发事件，请配合工作人员统一指挥，疏导。如需帮助请联系您身旁的工作人员。
