If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

Performance details

因该项目强实名，故增加代拍，规则具体如下：

1、官方开抢前24小时内会进入抢票状态（此时不可取消抢票）；

2、下单后，平台商家会根据下单要求进行多轮次代拍，如首次代拍未中可等待后续代拍机会，最终未出票成功，平台会全额退款；

3、代拍成功会在48小时内短信告知，并须按要面价补款，请务必留意；

4、购买后请耐心等待，不要在其他渠道重复购买，以免造成损失。

注意：

1、预留身份信息须与观演人信息保持一致！信息错误导致无法入场的，无法退款处理;

2、强实名代拍，不可转赠，如需退款则按主办方规则处理（代拍费不支持退）；

3、未经开票前如需退款，需支付 5% 服务费；

4、未出票档之前购买的看台/内场代拍费(不成功可退)订单，代拍成功后需再补票面款方能成功出票。

禁限带物品：
1.危害政治安全物品类。包括；任何形式的旗帜、横幅、标语；任何形式的带有国家、政党、政治派别、意识形态流派、文化煽动、文化异化内容的，具有影射意义或符号化性质的标志、标识、服装、器具及宣传品。
2.危害公共安全物品类。包括：强磁化物、强电磁辐射设备或其他可能干扰通讯信号的设备；有强烈刺激性气味或者有恶臭等异味的物品；容易引起公众恐慌情绪的物品；可能具有危险性、持有人不能说明性质的物品。
3.枪支子弹类、爆炸物品类、管制器具类、易燃易爆类、毒害物品类、腐蚀性物品类、放射性物品类、感染性物品类、杀伤性器具类等法律、法规、规章规定的禁止携带的物品。
4.易碎品、瓶装液体、易投食品、球棒、尖锐物、金属锐器和钝器、长棍伞、激光笔、火柴、打火机等危险物品。
5.酒类或含酒精饮料、冷焰火、闪光灯、彩色粉末、喷涂颜料、乐器或高分贝发音器材、扩音器材、长度超过50厘米的发光设备等不宜带入活动现场的物品。
6.未经授权的专业照相器材、摄像设备、录音设备及器材、设备的支架。
7.容积超过100毫升的含易燃成分的自喷压力容器;容积超过200 毫升的含易燃成分的非自喷压力容器。
8.代步工具，婴儿车和轮椅除外。
9.活动物，持有工作证明的导盲犬除外。
10.未经允许的旗帜、横幅、标语。
11.容易抛洒妨碍公共卫生的，或具有较重刺激味道的，或高温容易造成烫伤的食物饮料。
12.不宜在座位摆放的大型箱包或其他大型物品。
13.保温杯、玻璃水杯等硬质水杯。
14.其他不宜带入活动场所的物品。
