音乐剧《寻找李二狗》这部以中国人民志愿军第三十九军一一六师的真实历史为蓝本的作品在首轮演出之时，便以“真诚、真挚、真实”的艺术感染力震撼观众，被媒体誉为“中国音乐剧舞台上的新式英雄叙事”。

这段用生命铸就和平的历史，正在以更加丰满的艺术形态与当代青年对话。

音乐剧《寻找李二狗》是一场跨越时空的追寻，一段永不褪色的英雄史诗。讲述了当代青年常卫国为了完成爷爷的愿望，带着一本残缺的回忆录，穿越回了1950年的朝鲜战场。他成为了中国人民志愿军第三十九军一一六师四连二班的一名战士，与17岁的爷爷并肩作战，踏上寻找英雄战友“李二狗”的旅程。

在硝烟弥漫的战场上，常卫国亲历了云山战役的初战告捷、临津江的冰血伏击、187高地的生死阻击，与一群性格鲜明的战友相遇：刚毅果敢的班长、热血憨直的机枪手铁牛、鬼马的突击手快板、怕老婆的步枪手大个、倔强的小兵尕娃……他从怯懦迷茫的当代青年，蜕变为扛起钢枪的战士，更在战友群像中逐渐读懂了“李二狗”的真相。当常卫国终于揭开李二狗的身份之谜时，他恍然惊觉：自己要寻找的从来不止一个人，而是一代青年如何用鲜血浇筑“青春无悔”的答案。

音乐剧《寻找李二狗》总导演、编剧及词曲创作樊冲率领国内顶尖团队打造出了兼具史诗感与沉浸感的舞台：在剧本架构上，他摒弃传统战争题材的宏大叙事框架，转而深挖战壕中的个体命运，用细碎日常编织出比炮火更撼动人心的戏剧张力；音乐创作上，他打破类型壁垒，将摇滚的炽烈、民歌的苍凉、电子乐的冷峻熔于一炉：冲锋号角化作重金属音乐震颤耳膜，《家书》民谣浅唱道尽铁血柔情，《长眠》如安魂曲般如泣如诉。

舞美设计刘科栋打造的转台，通过正转与反转，象征历史与现实的交叠。鸭绿江大桥纹理的悬垂钢索，随剧情化作精神丰碑。灯光设计孔庆尧用“时间码同步系统”，将光影变化精准匹配音乐节拍。服装设计阿宽考据抗美援朝军装制式，通过做旧处理、围巾荷包等细节刻画角色。战士破损的衣襟、斑驳的勋章，无声诉说着战火淬炼的青春。而在舞蹈的设计中，编舞崔健、唐瑜珮则放弃了整齐划一的群舞，让每个人都呈现出区别而统一的和谐。
